It’s a shame that the practice of overdubbing speeches by heads of state with the sounds of whales hasn’t become more pervasive. I think it could really take the edge off…

This guy sounds about as excited to be talking to aliens as discussing the recent budget shortfall. Oh, Canada…

…because, let’s face it, no extraterrestrial would ever be able to decipher that message. And it’s not even encrypted.
