Last night a few friends joined us here in Red Hook to share the bounty of fresh veggies from our own rooftop garden. By ‘bounty’ I mean one squash and some hot peppers, so naturally the meal was complimented by produce from our local CSA, Added Value. Maybe if I keep plugging away at our modest skyward plot, we’ll eventually end up with this!
