…after whale commits suicide in protest of the contamination. Hey, that’s just how long it takes to navigate a beaurocracy.
I’m probably embellishing the EPA’s motives (and the whale’s, for that matter) but it’s a positive sign for those of us who live nearby. Perhaps in a decade we’ll be able to swim in it, instead of next to it!
